The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) Office of Information Technology (OIT) is pleased to announce the release of a new Calendar module on the ADE Data Center.The Calendar module is accessible using the URL below:

In order to simplify locating calendar events, the Calendar is divided into 3 main categories:

1. IS Events: The Information Systems (IS) Events captures all major ADE education information systems releases, closure and data publishes.
2. Meetings: The Meetings captures all public meetings that happen at ADE location: 4 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, Arkansas
3. Announcements: The Announcements capture all major ADE announcements.

 Features of the Calendar Module:

• Ability to Share IS Events; Meetings and Announcements information via one-click Share option.

• Add to Calendar option for entire IS Events; Meetings and Announcements in the form of ADE Calendar .ics file.

• Ability to add individual calendar events to your own outlook calendar by clicking on date hyperlink.

• Ability to exports Calendar events in PDF format.

• Ability to export Calendar events in Excel format.

• Ability to Search by Current events or by full Calendar year.

The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) is pleased to announce the upcoming release of the 2018 ADE School Performance Report Card on My School Info (MSI) data portal, scheduled for April 15. The data in the report cards pulls from certified Statewide Information System (SIS) cycle data, post-appeals student assessment data, post-appeals graduation rates data, Standard Annual Accreditation System (SAAS), Annual Statistical Reports (ASR) and Child Nutrition Unit.

The 2018 ADE School Performance Report Card has several new modules as listed below:

1. Overview Module: Replaced by earlier General module
2. Growth Module
3. English Language Proficiency for ELL Module
4. School Quality and Student Success (SQSS) Module
5. Graduation Module: Graduation Rates module is now an independent stand-alone module
6. Teacher Module: A more expansive Teacher module.
7. School Expenditures Module:  Replaced by School Funding module and now a much more expansive module
8. Alternatively Assessed Module
9. Cross-tab Module
10. Long Term Goals Module

The following two modules have been removed from 2018 ADE School Performance Report Card:

1. Achievement – Norm Referenced Module
2. School Choice Module

Search for your school or district using the Schools or District tab, followed by clicking on the Report Card tab.

The 2018 ADE School Performance Report Card review period was open from April 1, 2019 thru April 8, 2019 using My School Info secured log-on mode.

• Inclusion of high-level report counts Dashboard on homepage of Statewide Reports
• Automatic inclusion of notification message on homepage of Statewide Reports
• Integration of ACT Reports Portal within Statewide Reports
• Integration of Accountability Reports Center Portal within Statewide Reports
• Inclusion of XML outputs for Reports downloads along with existing other reports downloads like Excel, CSV and PDF
• Ability to Share Reports using the Share Feature.
• Inclusion of Search feature by Report Categories within Statewide Reports.
