The Office of Data Quality and Management has worked with the Curriculum & Assessment unit to launch a new Course Code Management System. This new system is an online listing of all active, ADE approved courses for the school year with their necessary requirements. 

Users can use the system to search, filter, and sort courses, as well as print and/or export the information to Excel.

To access the Course Code Management System, click "Course Code Management' in the menu.

The Arkansas Department of Education Office of Financial Accountability and Reporting has worked with the Office of Data Quality & Management to launch a new Duplicate Enrollment Audit website to manage students who appear to be enrolled in more than one school district simultaneously.  The new system, designed to speed response time, allows districts to review each student and confirm to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) that corrections have been made using an online form.  

NOTE: If you are using INTERNET EXPLORER, please make sure you are using the most recent version (IE8) for the site to work correctly. 

A tutorial video is available on iTunes U with step-by-step demos of the audit process. To download this demo, open iTunes and click on iTunes Store (note: if you do not have iTunes on your computer, you can download it for free at http://www.apple.com/itunes/). Enter “Duplicate Enrollment Audit” in the search bar at the top of the screen; the demo should display under the iTunes U heading. Click “Get” to download. You will now have the iTunes U heading in your library and will be able to watch the video by clicking ‘Play’.
