The Arkansas Department of Education Office of Financial Accountability and Reporting has worked with the Office of Data Quality & Management to launch a new Duplicate Enrollment Audit website to manage students who appear to be enrolled in more than one school district simultaneously.  The new system, designed to speed response time, allows districts to review each student and confirm to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) that corrections have been made using an online form.  

NOTE: If you are using INTERNET EXPLORER, please make sure you are using the most recent version (IE8) for the site to work correctly.

To download this demo, open iTunes and click on iTunes Store (note: if you do not have iTunes on your computer, you can download it for free at http://www.apple.com/itunes/). Enter “Duplicate Enrollment Audit” in the search bar at the top of the screen; the demo should display under the iTunes U heading. Click “Get” to download. You will now have the iTunes U heading in your library and will be able to watch the video by clicking ‘Play’.
