Arkansas Department of Education Roster Verification System launched!

The Division of Research and Technology has built a new application in the form of Roster Verification System (RVS) for the school districts. The system is accessible thru the ADE Data Center and requires Triand Credentials to log-on. The application was launched on June 30, 2014.

The RVS allows teachers to verify their current class rosters for accuracy and pulls data nightly from eSchoolPlus Master Schedules.

Arkansas Department of Education Abstract of Assessment Reporting System launched!

The Division of Research and Technology has built a new system in the form of ADE Abstract of Assessment Reporting System (AARS). The Abstract of Assessment Reporting System (AARS) is a collection of data and reports used by Fiscal and Administrative Services/Financial Accountability for state funding calculations. The assessment data is submitted by each county official on or before March 15 each year in compliance with A.C.A. §6-20-2201(g)(1). The system was launched on June 19, 2014 and will be used by ADE, Division of Fiscal and Administrative Services.
