Data & Research Request Application

The purpose of this form is to collect information needed to process data requests from individuals and organizations pertaining to K-12 public school system data in Arkansas. The Data Reporting Office of Information Technology division at the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) will review the request and accompanying information to determine if the requested data is available and whether it can be provided within the confines of state and federal laws.

The Data & Research Request Application is only for External Agency data requester. ADE Employees will continue using ADE Employees Intranet Report Management System (RMS) to log their data requests, as before.

If data request pertains to university research projects (Master and Ph.D thesis/project/dissertation) please upload supporting copy of IRB approval form for processing your data request.
