Cycle - The reporting cycle for which the data is submitted:

LEA, School -Local Education Agency, the unique seven-digit number assigned by the ADE to identify individual county, district, schools, cooperatives, and vocational institutions. The first two digits represent the county, the second two digits represent the district, and the last three digits represent the individual school, for example:

SSN, Student - The nine-digit Social Security number of the student. If a student's SSN cannot be obtained, then the ADE assigned number as required by Arkansas Code Ann. 6-18-208 should be used. This number should remain the same throughout the student's school career.

State Reporting ID - The unique 10-digit Triand identifier generated for the student by the state

Math Intervention Plan - the student is receiving math intervention, is in grades 03-08, and is not performing at or above grade level on the state math assessment according to A.C.A § 6-17-431.

• Extended Instruction – Extended Instruction for Math is instruction beyond Tier 1 instruction and is offered during or after school.
   
• High Dose Tutoring – High Dose Tutoring for Math involves three or more tutoring sessions a week in a one-on-one or small group setting.
   
• Highly EffectiveTeacher - A Highly Effective Math Teacher may include any of below criteria:
  • Teacher meets VAM Score criteria
  • Highly effective rating in the Teacher Excellence and Support System.
  • Master Professional Educator designation

Reading Intervention Plan - the student is receiving reading intervention and is in grades KF-03 according to A.C.A § 6-17-429.

• Extended Instruction – Extended Instruction for Reading is instruction beyond Tier 1 instruction and is offered during or after school.
   
• High Dose Tutoring – High Dose Tutoring for Reading involves three or more tutoring sessions a week in a one-on-one or small group setting.
   
• Highly EffectiveTeacher - A Highly Effective Reading Teacher may include any of below criteria:
  • Teacher meets VAM Score criteria
  • Highly effective rating in the Teacher Excellence and Support System.
  • Master Professional Educator designation
       
• Structured Literacy Intervention Program – Student is receiving literacy intervention with an approved program beyond the core instruction.
