Fiscal Year - The fiscal year that this reporting represents:For the 2024-2025 reporting year fy must be = 35
Cycle - The reporting cycle for which the data is submitted:
7 = June 15th
LEA, District - Local Education Agency, the unique seven-digit number assigned by the ADE to identify individual county, district, schools, cooperatives, and vocational institutions. The first two digits represent the county, the second two digits represent the district, and the last three digits represent the individual school, for example:
Tier II Training - Have the required district employees received 4 hours of Tier II training?
SSN, Staff - The nine-digit Social Security number of the staff member being identified.
General - List Tier II Trainer(s) who had Tier I training and trained district employees.
Unique Employee ID - The unique 10-digit Triand identifier generated for the employee by the state.
First Name - Employee first name
Middle Name - Employee middle name
Last Name - Employee last name
A.C.A. ยง6-20-2204 (Act 61) requires districts to provide Tier II training and to provide assurance of that training to the ADE.
Date - Enter the date the Tier II Trainer attended the required Tier I training for the current year
List - Is a List of employees who attended the Tier II Training for the current Fiscal year maintained in the district office as required by A.C.A. 6-20-2204(c)?
