Cycle - The reporting cycle for which the data is submitted:
LEA, District/Coop - Local Education Agency, the unique seven-digit number assigned by the ADE to identify individual county, district, schools, cooperatives, and vocational institutions. The first two digits represent the county, the second two digits represent the district, and the last three digits represent the individual school, for example:
First Name - The school board member’s first name.
Middle Name - The school board member’s middle name.
Last Name - The school board member’s last name.
E-Mail Address of the School Board Member - E-mail address used to communicate with school board member.
The number of hours of training/instruction that each school board member has obtained from January through December of the preceding year as described in ACC. 6-13-629.
Current Year Hours of Training for School Board Members - The school board member’s total hours of training for the current year.
Carry Over Hours of Training for School Board Members -The school board member’s total hours of training carry over from previous years.
Total Hours of Training - The school board member’s total hours of training.
Latest Modified Row Date - The last time the school board member’s information was updated before Cycle 5.
