Fiscal Year - The fiscal year that this reporting represents:For the 2024-2025 reporting year fy must be = 35
Cycle - The reporting cycle for which the data is submitted:
LEA, School -Local Education Agency, the unique seven-digit number assigned by the ADE to identify individual county, district, schools, cooperatives, and vocational institutions. The first two digits represent the county, the second two digits represent the district, and the last three digits represent the individual school, for example:
Course Number - The ADE assigned number designated to a course for identification purposes
Section - The district assigned number given to a unique class of a particular course number.
Course Description - The name given to the course from the Master Schedule.
SSN, Student - The nine-digit Social Security number of the student. If a student's SSN cannot be obtained, then the ADE assigned number as required by Arkansas Code Ann. 6-18-208 should be used. This number should remain the same throughout the student's school career.
General - SIS is pulling all courses grades 09 thru 12 and high school credit earning courses for grades 05 thru 08.
State Reporting ID - The unique 10-digit Triand identifier generated for the student by the state.
1st Semester Grade - he academic grade achieved in this course for the first semester.
2nd Semester Grade - The academic grade achieved in this course for the second semester.
3rd Semester Grade - The academic grade achieved in this course for the third semester.
4th Semester Grade - The academic grade achieved in this course for the fourth semester.
Course Credit Earned - The credit the student earned for the course.
