Location - A three-digit number that is the ninth, tenth and eleventh digits in the 16 digit budget unit that describes the building receiving the benefit of the transaction and is determined by the last three digits of the building LEA number.

Amount Balance - The amount calculated for the prior year with the account ranges 06000-07999 and leaving out the objects designated as fund balance, expenditure control, revenue control, expenditure budget control and revenue budget control.

Amount of Budget - The amount calculated for the current fiscal year with the account ranges 06000-07999 and leaving out the objects designated as fund balance, expenditure control, revenue control, expenditure budget control and revenue budget control.
